Encompassing the holistic principles of kotahitanga and whanaungatanga, the interconnectedness of all things, Solacium combines live music alongside images expressing the spectrum of human emotion. This enveloping, four-dimensional experience will traverse sight, sound, space and time.

The concept of Solacium is about turning pain into purpose through creative expression. This promotes the four aspects of wellbeing expressed in hauora – physical, mental/emotional, social and spiritual. The event will also fundraise and raise awareness for organisations that promote the mental health and wellbeing of the people of Aotearoa.
