Harakeke Stars and Flowers (Weaving Class)
Woven whetū (stars) and flowers are a fun and creative way to weave with flax and begin to learn the skills and craft of harakeke weaving. It is also a great way to celebrate Matariki, to come together to reflect, and to celebrate our community. In Aotearoa, the rising of the Matariki star cluster means that winter is here and the Māori new year has begun.
