Come to Howick Historical Village to celebrate Matariki! In honour of Matariki, the Village will be running a series of workshops and craft experiences and providing educational activity booklets for all to enjoy. Come along and explore connections to our taiao (environment) and learn more about the Māori new year. Activities will include guided weaving and poi workshops, arts and crafts, kite making, a garden talk about growing kai, and an educational activity booklet.
