
Gifts of the Whenua with Donna Kerridge – Kirks Bush
Join our community park rangers and special guest, Donna Kerridge, Māori medicine practitioner. She will introduce the special offerings of our native flora as well as the traditional healing practices of her ancestors. Learn about their gift to the land and discover which plants live in our reserves and can be used as medicine for your family. Learn to recognise which plant belongs where and what we can do to help them thrive. Toitū te whenua, toitū te iwi (sustain the land, sustain the people)!
Suitable for: Rangatahi 13 – 17 years, Pakeke 18+ years
