Donna Kerridge: Rongoā nō te whenua
Through the teachings of rongoā Māori (Māori healing practices), Donna Kerridge (Ngāti Tahinga, Ngāti Mahuta, Ngāti Maniapoto) shares traditional principles about our health and how nature provides a map for managing our wellness. Trained in both western and NZ indigenous health systems, Kerridge's admiration for the wisdom of her ancestors has taught that while the technology available in a modern world constantly changes, the values of her ancestors serves as a constant guide. In a world where everything is connected, our well-being starts with the whenua.
