Donna Kerridge (Ngāti Tahinga, Ngāti Mahuta, Ngāti Maniapoto) is a staunch advocate of caring for and protecting Papatūānuku, who sustains the health and well-being of humankind. Through the teachings of rongoā Māori, she shares traditional health principles. Trained in both western and Māori health practices, the wisdom of Donna’s ancestors has taught her that traditional Māori values serve as a constant guide, in a world where everything is connected. Our well-being starts not with us, but with the whenua.
