In celebration of Matariki, a collection of street food vendors are producing international food with a Māori twist. Vendors will be altering an existing menu item, or creating a new item with an ingredient traditionally found within Māori cuisine. Look out for dishes cooked with kawakawa, watercress, manuka honey and plenty of kai moana. 

Puna Kai food trucks will be travelling to various events for Matariki.
