Matariki on the Move: Waiata

Matariki on the Move tours Māori arts around Tāmaki Makaurau. This year there are two distinct events; Ngahau and Waiata.

Four striking female vocalists - Annie Crummer, Betty-Anne Monga, Maisey Rika and Ria Hall - have come together as Kāhui Whetū, a powerful quartet of brilliant vocal prowess, especially to celebrate Matariki. Experience the magnificence of each of these wahine toa in an intimate setting, exclusive to Matariki, which also recognises the 125th anniversary of women's suffrage in New Zealand.

Matariki on the Move is proudly supported by Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
